2024 Annual Sponsorship Opportunities
Supporting the Puget Sound Relocation Council through sponsorship provides value to our members, their organizations and the mobility community.
Many of our opportunities involve social media and enhanced marketing efforts, and we want you to know that we're here to help create these materials and be a resource to our sponsors so they can get the full benefits of these initiatives.
All sponsors that select Mt. Rainier or Mt. Adams will have a consultation with PSRC Communications Chair to walk through the new social media opportunities, answer questions and determine next steps.

2024 Sponsorship Overview
Mt. Rainier / Tahoma – $1,500*
- Sponsor logo displayed on the PSRC website
- Formal recognition and sponsor logo displayed during all PSRC events
- Sponsor recognition on PSRC electronic notifications
- Sponsor recognition on PSRC social media channels
- Three (3) complimentary PSRC memberships Included
- Three (3) dedicated social media/website opportunities (i.e. social media takeover, Instagram/LinkedIn LIVE, sponsorship appreciation post across all channels, etc.)
- One (1) Q&A blog article on PSRC website (with backlink)
- Early access to sponsorship opportunities for events (virtual or in-person)
- Sponsor logo with backlink displayed on event pages
- Potential opportunities for company-branded promo items at specific meetings and/or corporate roundtables
- Invitation for one member of your company to attend a corporate-only social event
Mt. Adams / Klickitat – $1,000*- Sponsor logo displayed on the PSRC website
- Formal recognition and sponsor logo displayed during all PSRC events
- Sponsor recognition on PSRC electronic notifications
- Sponsor logo with backlink displayed on event pages
- Sponsor recognition on PSRC social media channels
- Two (2) complimentary PSRC membership Included
- Two (2) dedicated social media/website opportunities (i.e. social media takeover, Instagram/LinkedIn LIVE, etc.)
Mt. Baker / Kulshan – $750
- Sponsor logo displayed on the PSRC website
- Formal recognition and sponsor logo displayed during all PSRC events
- Sponsor recognition on PSRC electronic notifications
- Sponsor recognition on PSRC social media channels
- One (1) dedicated social media post annually
*All Mt. Rainier and Mt. Adams sponsors will receive a complimentary consultation with the PSRC Communications Chair to walk through the new social media opportunities, answer questions and determine next steps.
Note: All sponsors must be active members in good standing unless a specific promotion opportunity is advertised as being open to non-members. Sponsorship commences on the latter of January 1st of the calendar year or the date sponsorship funds are received. Sponsorship is for one calendar year – all sponsorship benefits end on December 31st of the year for which sponsorship is purchased regardless of purchase date. Sponsorships are individual and are not transferable.
