The Puget Sound Relocation Council (PSRC) (formerly the Pacific Northwest Relocation Council PNwRC) is a community of relocation and HR professionals committed to education, collaboration and the exchange of ideas. With firm roots in the Pacific Northwest, the PSRC is a diverse organization representing corporate, non-profit and service provider members, who all have a common interest in global mobility.
Through the hosting of events and workshops, our charitable work and various publications, we are committed to:
- Learn – provide educational opportunities on current relocation topics, trends and practices
- Share – offer a forum to exchange information and ideas
- Care – give back to the community through social responsibility initiatives

Established in 1991, the founding members of the PSRC understood the importance of sharing knowledge, learning from each other, and giving back to the community. The Council’s early leadership also defined our collaborative spirit by setting the clear expectation that we all have something to contribute. Over the years, we have engaged both local and national speakers to share relevant and timely information with our members.

As one of the largest and oldest regional relocation councils, we proudly celebrated our 25th anniversary in 2016. We look forward to carrying on the work started by our founding members as we continue to grow the organization.
