Ray joined Twitter in December of 2020 as Sr. Mgr, Talent and Mobility. Prior to joining Twitter, Ray was the Talent Mobility manager at Nordstrom, and previous to that, supported Amazon’s complex Global Mobility program. His scope included managing international assignments across the U.S., Mexico and the Asia Pacific region. Ray also led recruiter and HRBP training and external vendor management. Prior to working at Amazon, Ray worked at two relocation service providers – Graebel and Cartus. Ray specializes in process improvement (he has a lean six sigma green belt), training, and policy creation. When he is not working, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his family (including his pug, Hank) and trying new cuisine!
LaMonica Hummel, CRP, GMS-T, SGDS, Vice President, Relocation Director/Director of Business Development for Windermere Relocation covering Western Washington, California, Utah, Oregon and Colorado. LaMonica has been involved in the relocation industry since 2000, with Windermere, Prudential, Cartus and Mayflower. LaMonica has earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Global Mobility Specialist - Talent (GMS-T), Global Destination Specialist (SGDS) designations and holds a Managing Broker’s License for the State of Washington. Prior to joining the relocation field, LaMonica was Vice President of Human Resources, for OUM Insurance Company. She is a member of; Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC), Relocation Directors Council (RDC®) Puget Sound Relocation Council (PSRC), Portland Relocation Council (PRC), Southern California Relocation Council (SCRC), Bay Area Mobility Management (BAMM), Rocky Mountain Relocation Council (RMRC), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Lake Washington Human Resource Association (LWHRA) and currently serves as Past President for the Puget Sound Relocation Council.
Deborah Santee joined the ABODA team in 2005, shortly before the company became an ESOP (Employee Owned). Deborah’s career has spanned over 30 years of sales and service to include Property Management, Account Management & Business Development. Deborah believes her success in large part is due to her philosophy of “make the customer the first priority and the sale will come naturally”.
Mrs. Santee is active in the corporate housing and relocation industries; having served on the CHPA’s (Corporate Housing Providers Association) annual education conference committee as well as serving on the Board of PNwRC (Pacific NW Relocation Council) as the Past Social Responsibility Committee Chairperson and most recent as the Bylaws Chair. During her past tenure as Social Responsibility Chair, Deborah was responsible for several charitable endeavors including the planning and execution of a Charity Golf Tournament. The proceeds were then shared between the American Cancer Society and Hope Place (Seattle based shelter for women and children). In her current role as Bylaws Chairperson, Deborah maintains the integrity of the unifying document while providing Bylaw specifics to Executive leadership to ensure initiatives and decisions made remain within the governing parameters.
Josh Hyatt has over 15 years experience in the global mobility industry and currently holds the position of Director Business Development, Plus Relocation www.plusrelocation.com. Josh is the Past President of the Southern California Relocation Council and Website Chair for BAMM. Prior to joining Plus Relocation Josh was a National Sales Executive for ACS/Xerox Relocation where he was won several Sales awards. In addition, Josh has also worked for Paragon Relocation where he held the title of Global Business Development responsible for the Western region.
Rachel has been working in relocation for the last 5 years with T-Mobile. She has worn many hats during that time and has helped to lead change in policy creation and vendor management. She continues to manage relocation while supporting initiatives in areas such as agency management, career development, and more, giving her a great overall perspective on customer needs. When she is not living the magenta life she enjoys trying new crafts and exploring her gorgeous home state.
Keith is a Global Mobility Consultant working at Salesforce supporting their rapidly growing program by consulting stakeholders on mobility options to meet the talent needs of the organization. Prior to joining Salesforce, Keith held Global Mobility leadership roles at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Domino's Pizza. He started his career in Mobility in Chicago at Jones Lang LaSalle before relocating to Ann Arbor MI with Domino's and then relocated to the West Coast with Gates Foundation. When not helping companies evolve and grow their Mobility Programs, Keith enjoys traveling, trying local breweries and spending time with his family.
Katie has 22 years’ experience in the mortgage industry including 16 years in Relocation Mortgage. Currently she is Director, National Accounts for TIAA Bank Relocation and Affinity Lending, where she is responsible for both new business development and account management for the West and Mountain regions and a 2018 recipient of their Chairman's Circle Award. Prior to joining TIAA Bank she served as Director, Sales and Account Management and spent 15 years at Bank of America where she worked at almost every level of the mortgage origination process before becoming a VP, Client Relations Manager for 6 years. Katie is an active member of WERC and several other Regional Relocation groups and has held her CRP since 2007. She is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a degree in Finance.
Greg is the Senior Vice President for Chipman Relocations, representing both United Van Lines and Mayflower transit in multiple markets. Greg began his career in 1986 at the very bottom of the relocation ladder: packing, loading and delivering shipments for some of the corporate clients he now serves in his current role. Greg’s involvement in the PNwRC began in 2006 and was quickly impressed with the organization’s level of professionalism and the diverse depth of knowledge fellow members bring to the group. Greg has many interests outside of the industry, not the least of which is entertaining PNwRC members with his Blues Band the Roaddogz.
Alicia started in the travel industry in 2000 when she began working for Horizon Air as a reservations sales agent. She worked within the call center in many capacities including network analyst and supervisor before moving into HR in 2007. Sister companies Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air blended several HR teams into “shared service” departments in 2009, and Alicia became the manager of talent development in 2010. After 5 years of leading the learning and organizational development group, and with support of executive leadership, Alicia started an onboarding department. In 2017, she took on oversight of Alaska and Horizon’s relocation programs. Today, her scope includes: employee onboarding, background checks (including visas/immigration), pre-employment testing (drug tests, fingerprints), company badging, relocation and Horizon Air Drug Abatement. Alicia is a graduate of Central Washington University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Barry has many years of widely varied experience in real estate and relocation, following a successful 25+year career. He started in sales and was promoted to key management positions throughout the United States and abroad in Austria for a national communication company. After several years as a real estate professional and managing broker, Barry was appointed to Director of eBusiness. After serving as Vice President of Business Development, Barry was appointed to Vice President of Relocation Services. He continues to find time for golf and family. Two of his favorite things to do.
Mary LaRocca has been in the relocation industry for over fifteen years, having started as the Assistant to the Relocation Director of a local Phoenix real estate agency during college. After graduating Arizona State University with a BA in English Literature, Mary moved to the industry full time, working in a variety of positions including Relocation Counselor, Team Leader, Account Manager and Director of Sales. Mary is currently the Vice President of Global Business Development for Cornerstone Relocation Group. She is passionate about customer service and industry education.
Corinne began her career in real estate in marketing, business development and as a property manager for a luxury real estate management firm in Sarasota, Florida. She still holds an active real estate associate license in Florida and is a referral network member. In 2012, Corinne joined NRT Southeast’s relocation team and managed business for the Dallas, Fort Worth and Atlanta metros. She completed Realogy’s mentor program, participated in the leadership development program and was a member of Realogy’s Veteran’s Advisory Panel. In January 2015, Corinne personally relocated from Florida to Washington and joined Coldwell Banker Bain's Business Development team. She is currently the Director of Client Relations and Relocation Director for her firm's relocation services. Corinne partners with Coldwell Banker Bain's Training & Education Department to introduce her firm's brokers to business development opportunities. She is currently a member of ERC, PRC and PNWRC, and holds a CRP designation.
Patti Ward has over 25 years of experience in the corporate relocation industry. She is currently Vice President, Regional Sales Manager for US Bank. where she is responsible for new business development and growth in the Pacific Northwest and Midwest. Patti’s relocation experience includes all facets of the industry including account management, inventory management, mentoring, training and customer service. Prior to Citigroup, Patti was Vice President, Relocation and Corporate Services for Bank of America Home Loans, and before that Senior Account Executive with Prudential Relocation where she was honored with the Chairman’s Circle and Champions of Change awards. She has been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Washington and holds the designation of Certified Relocation Professional (CRP).
