OFFICERS

Elected by, and governing on behalf of the members, PSRC's Officers serve a two year term. The current officers are:


President - Corinne Mossman, CRP 

Corinne joined John L. Scott Real Estate in 2023 as the company’s Vice President of Business Development and Client Services, covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho and northern California. Corinne is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) who serves on multiple industry and non-profit boards. She has served several terms on the Puget Sound Relocation Council board, currently serving as the President. She also serves on the board of trustees for the Worldwide ERC® Foundation for Workforce Mobility, whose vision is to ensure all communities touched by global mobility are actively aware of, inspired by and engaged in the Foundation’s charitable efforts worldwide. Corinne is an active member of Worldwide ERC®, Relocation Directors Council (RDC), Puget Sound Relocation Council (PSRC), and Portland Relocation Council (PRC). She also serves on the advisory council for iUrban Teen, a STEM+Arts education program that brings together underrepresented teens and young adults for career exploration and mentoring.

After studying at Université Laval in Quebec, Corinne earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from University of South Florida. In 2015, she personally relocated from Florida to Washington and loves all the Pacific Northwest has to offer. When she is not working, Corinne enjoys traveling, visiting wineries and spending time with her family.


Vice President - Lori Vincent, CRP 



Immediate Past President - Ray Kirby, CRP, GMS-T  

Ray is the Head of Global Mobility at Coinbase, a trusted and easy-to-use platform for accessing the broader cryptoeconomy. A passionate and empathetic leader, he and his team serve as strategic partners to the business to deliver the best Mobility experience for new and existing employees. Prior to Coinbase, Ray held various Mobility leadership roles at Twitter, Nordstrom and Amazon. 

Ray is based in Seattle, WA and currently serves as the Immediate Past President of the Puget Sound Relocation Council. He earned his Meritorious Service Award issued by the Worldwide ERC® in 2020 and was named a Top 100 Most Admired Mobility Professional by The View from the Top. When not working, Ray loves to travel, drink wine and spend time with his husband and their pug Hank!


Treasurer - Anu Venketaramani 

Anu is a Senior Manager with People Advisory Services at Ernst & Young and the current Puget Sound Relocation Council Treasurer. She lives in Sammamish, Washington and has over 15 years of experience working with clients and their globally mobile employees.


Secretary - Mary (LaRocca) Corrales, CRP, GMS 

Mary has been in the relocation industry for over 18 years, having started as the Assistant to the Relocation Director of a local Phoenix real estate agency during college. After graduating from Arizona State University with a BA in English Literature, Mary moved to the industry full time, working in a variety of positions including Relocation Counselor, Team Leader, Account Manager and VP of Sales. Mary is currently a Director of Global Business Development with Synergy Global Housing. She is passionate about customer service, hospitality and industry education. In her free time, when she’s not planning travel, you can find this New Jersey native cooking Italian food, doing hot yoga, watching the Yankees and enjoying movies with her family.


Communications - Erin Weber 

Erin is the Director of Brand & Community at Envoy Global, an immigration technology company headquartered in Chicago, IL. A passionate marketer and storyteller, she and her team utilize various digital channels to engage audiences and provide educational resources to help navigate the immigration process. Prior to Envoy, Erin held various roles at a boutique content marketing agency based in Chicago.

Erin joined the PSRC Board in 2021 and is also a member of Worldwide ERC®'s Young Professionals (YP) Task Force. Outside of work, she can be found hiking around the PNW with her husband and dog, checking out the Portland food scene and volunteering with the city's many local organizations focused on sustainability and the environment.

COMMITTEE CHAIRS


Corporate Co-Chair - Dawn Sparling, SHRM-CP, PHR, GMS  

Dawn has a B.A. from the University of Iowa in Communications Studies and Anthropology and a Masters of Science in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago. In her almost two years in Boise, Dawn has embarked on other volunteer opportunities in addition to being the Secretary for the HRATV Board of Directors. They include; St. Luke’s Hospital Hospice, Create Common Good and Boise State University Beta Eta Chapter of Delta Delta Delta. She is also serves as the Collegiate Chapter Volunteer Coordinator for the Pacific Northwest chapters of Delta Delta Delta. Dawn has recently joined the Puget Sound Relocation Council as one of the Corporate Co-chairs.

Dawn works at Snowflake (a data cloud storage company) as a Mobility Specialist - Tax and Relocation. She provides consultation, analysis and recommendations to the business regarding international and domestic assignments and relocations with an emphasis on tax implications. Dawn has 15 years of HR background which also includes Employee Relations and Compliance.

Dawn relocated from Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Boise in June 2019. Dawn has two children in college in Iowa; Peyton, 23 and Mallory 21. She enjoys riding her electric bike on the green belt, exploring the great state of Idaho and spending time with her friends in the Treasure Valley.

Corporate Membership - Jennifer Fontaine, GMS-T     

Jenn currently is the Senior Global Mobility Analyst at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in Seattle, WA. She has found her passion and spent the last several years of her tenure in Global Mobility, but has a wealth of experience in other functions across HR–particularly in talent, recruitment and HR operations. Jenn supports domestic and international relocation and immigration programs; assignment and secondment processes and remote work programs.

In addition to her work at the foundation, she also serves as the Corporate Membership Chair for Puget Sound Relocation Council; and she is the board secretary for Banchero Disability Partners. In her downtime you can find Jenn volunteering, enjoying the outdoors, crafting, multi-tasking and laughing (you really can hear her from afar!).


Supplier Membership Co-Chair - Emily Ptak, CRP 

Emily joined Aires in 2011 and is currently serving as an Account Executive with sales and account management responsibilities. She works to find solutions to meet client needs through collaboration, partnership and understanding their culture. Her strategic and knowledgeable consultative approach helps clients meet their mobility goals. In her decade at Aires, Emily has also served as a Mobility Specialist and Sales & Client Relations Coordinator, earning awards for outstanding customer service. Emily holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from Worldwide ERC®.


Supplier Membership Co-Chair - Bryan Rivers 

Bryan is the Relocation Banking Program Manager at First Tech Federal Credit Union. He’s responsible for managing a suite of banking and lending products dedicated to US inbound transferees. Bryan has been helping transferees acclimate to the U.S. banking system since 2011. He partners with employers, RMCs, and others in mobility to help those transferees land on “both feet” (financially) as they enter the country.

Bryan’s been a member of PSRC since 2018 and is involved with a handful of regional councils on the west coast. He also volunteers with PRC in Portland. Bryan lives in Northern California with his family and stays busy gardening, cooking outdoors and fishing. He enjoys watching his boys play sports and is a huge fan of the Seattle sound from the 90s.

Michael is the Senior Director of Business Strategy at SuiteAmerica and covers the Pacific Northwest for both Temporary Housing and Destination Services. He has been a member of the Puget Sound Relocation Council since 2018 and joined the Board of Directors in 2021. Prior to joining SuiteAmerica in 2014, Michael spent most of his career in Finance where he held several positions working for a family-owned community bank. In addition to his involvement in the PSRC, Michael is an active board member of the PRC in Portland. When he isn’t traveling for work, Michael is typically doing home renovations in California with his wife or going on another adventure in their RV.

Scott has over 22 years of experience in the moving and relocation industry. Currently, he is the Vice President, Business Development for The Suddath Companies supporting their Suddath, Lexicon, and Sentry brands in the Western Region. Scott is an active member of Worldwide ERC, as well as and several other regional groups and holds his CRP and GMS-T designations. He was the Co-Founder of the Portland Relocation Council (PRC) and the PRC’s first President of the Board. Scott is a graduate from Oregon State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.


Education Chair - Drew Phillips, GMS       



Social Responsibility Chair - Felicea Osorio, GMS-T 

Felicea joined the RESIDE team in 2013 and has supported operations, guests services and global business development throughout her tenure. Currently, she serves as the Vice President, Strategic Partnerships & Customer Success for the organization’s technology platform, 3SIXTY. Felicea had the privilege of accepting RESIDE’s MVP Award in 2018, RESIDE’s Top Gun Sales Award in 2019 ,and was most recently recognized by Graebel for her creative and innovative approach to a client program with their 2020 Fresh Ideas Award.

Felicea is an active member of the travel and relocation industry, serving on the Supplier Committee for the Society of Collegiate Travel & Expense Management, and participating in various chapters within Worldwide ERC (WERC), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA). Felicea holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, and in her free time she like to give back by volunteering with her RESIDE Cares program which supports local organizations such as Tree House, Brandon’s Place & PAWS. When she is not working or volunteering, Felicea can typically be found enjoying Steven’s Pass, hiking outside of Leavenworth, or exploring the beautiful Northwest with her family.


Bylaws Chair - Carolyn Palafox, CRP, GMS-T 

Carolyn has worked at Rocket Mortgage for over 17 years. She spent 10 years in various banking roles and brought that expertise to her current role on the Business Development Team. Carolyn currently leads the business development efforts for the West Coast, Northwest and Southwest regions. Prior to her career at Rocket Mortgage, she worked in Retail and Banking Management including companies such as The Walt Disney Company, Sephora, Citizen’s Bank and Marshall Fields.

Carolyn is a graduate of Michigan State University where she earned her BA in Criminal Justice and BS in Psychology. She has completed additional relocation training/certifications and designations of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council®, including Certified Relocation Professional® (CRP®) and Global Mobility Specialist® (GMS-T®).

Carolyn lives in Michigan and surrounds herself with five wonderful children, five grandchildren and five grand puppies. When she isn’t working, you will find Carolyn outdoors, hiking, sailing or conjuring up some grand adventure.
